Custom orders via fax: Shipping charges may vary according to your order. Orders generally ship within 3 business days. In addition, you should allow another 2-4 days for domestic delivery. Some items are seasonal. We reserve the right to substitute with items of equal or greater value.
We do not sell addresses or phone numbers. All information will remain confidential. We save only e-mail addresses to inform you of special promotions or discounts.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, return the unused & unopened merchandise to the above address (postage prepaid) and we'll refund your money (for the unused portion only) or replace the product, whichever you prefer. Returned merchandise must be received by us within 10 days of approval of the return.
We do not reimburse for shipping charges, only merchandise. We will not reimburse for items that are not in the manufacturers' original packaging. This applies to gift baskets, walnettos & other repacked items.
